Having owned my beauty therapy clinic for just over two years, I decided it was time for me to get in a business consultant. My business was plodding along, but I decided that I wanted to start 2008 with more systems and organisation in my business. Margaret came to visit me in my clinic and we discussed where I wanted to go with my business and what I felt I needed help with. We didn’t just talk business, we discussed other commitments and priorities in my life, because it is necessary to have a balance – which is something that Margaret understands. We went right back to basics which was fantastic! I have now got systems and records in place that I wish I had implemented at the very beginning. Everything she taught me made absolute sense and I am already seeing results with the changes I have made.
